Hector de Castro | Hector De Castro. Tidewater Capital last week announced the completion of Oakland’s first Moxy Hotel. In partnership with co-developer Graves Hospitality, Tidewater is introducing Moxy Oakland Downtown as the first modularly constructed Moxy in the U.S., applying this sustainable construction method to generate less waste and increase the building’s energy efficiency.
